Getting Help

Treatment is a big part of recovery and it's totally okay if you're nervous at the beginning. It's ultimately up to you and your doctor/specialist what kind of treatment you receive. Hopefully this introduction to different kinds of treatments and therapies will help you feel prepared and settle your nerves.

Daily Reminders

1.

Eat! Eating is important and food is fuel. You DO deserve to eat everyday. 

2.

Drink water! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated! Don't wait until you're thirsty <3. 

3.

Stretch. Stand up if you've been sitting for a while. Relax your muscles and jaw. Take a big deep breath. 

4.

Sleep. Let yourself rest and recover from the stress of the day. 

5.

Take your meds! Take them in the quantity and manner that your medication has been prescribed to you.
